(A.) Wait Time: wait time for domestic flight will be charged after 15 minutes at hourly rate
Wait time for international flights will be charged after 30 minutes at hourly rate
(B.) CANCELLATION: Cancellation fee of $80 will be charged if not confirmed within 2 hours of contract start time.
(C.) NO SHOW: No show fee of $80 will be charged after 30 minutes past the contract start time plus 20% gratuity.
(D.) REFUND: To receive a full refund, cancellation of requested services must be received at the minimum hours prior to scheduled pick up time.
(E.) PARKING: Tariff listed above do not include parking costs. Parking fees will be charged to the passenger.
(F.) TOLLS: Tariff listed above do not include road tolls. Highway and/or tunnel tolls will be charged to the passenger.
(G.) CLEANING: Tariff listed above do not include reasonable use. If, in the carrier’s reasonable opinion, a passenger has excessively soiled the vehicle, the cost of cleaning the vehicle shall be charged to the passenger.
(H.) DAMAGE: Tariff listed above do not include damage arising from reasonable use. A passenger shall bear financial responsibility for damage to seats, windows, or any other parts of the vehicle as a direct result of the passenger’s action(s) or inaction(s) while within or around the vehicle, with the resultant cost for such repairs or replacement being chargeable to the passenger at a reasonable expense
